GPS GHOWL SETOUT NOT WORKING

Hi Everyone,

I can't seem to figure out how to convert model points into GPS points using gHowl. I have attached a screen grab of what I am doing.

I have simplified the process so that the final result should be the begining GPS point (BLUE POINT).

I think the problem is in the way I am setting up the EARTH POINT?

If someone could explain to me how you set it up, that would be awesome.
