Automatic conversion of ghcluster to ghuser file

Hi Guys, simple question. I just realized the ghuser object potential. My workflow is to drag my clusters from the windows explorer folder. Now I Want to convert a ghcluster file to a ghuser file programmatically via the grasshopper SDK. Any ideas?

Proposal

Now I know Im getting a head of myself but if this is possible, my next question would be if it were feasible to create a gha or plugin or something that would basically read a manifest text file from special folders or something to do a mass conversion on every new grasshopper opening instance. The manifest could be something like 

clusterFolderToConvert.txt

"C:\Users\person\documents\PATH_TO_CLUSTERS\"

And the plugin would just run the routine on load. Maybe its a pipe dream, Im not an expert as the SDK, but this would be a game changer for me!
