Please add these components in the grasshopper:
1. block parameter.
2. trim surfaces by curve.(Grasshopper 0.70055 support this function)
Questions for you:
5. How to build array in the grasshopper now?(look at picture)

Have you tried the Orient Component? You can find it in XForm.Euclidian.Orient. This allows you to orient an object from one construction plane to another.
