Inverting attractor point radiuses

I'm using the center point of a square grid array as an attractor point based on distance to affect different circle radiuses according to the distance from it. I need to invert the results (bigger radiuses towards the center).

I already search the topic but somehow the different solutions that I found didn't worked.

I uploaded the definition here, hopefully someone can help me out here. Thank you!

Thank you Chris. I tried to solve it using the 1/x method but my arrangement was different. This one is perfect.
