algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi Everyone!

I`m trying to measure angles generated by lines in two different lists. The problem is that I don´t want to measure every line in list A with all the lines in list B, but only the ones that are intersected (the ones that actually create a visible angle). I´ve been trying to do so in the gh I attached but it´s not working at all. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!

Have some fun with this attached > is this what you are after?

PS: Used a little code for the Ray shoot part (but check the disabled native GH component as well). I was ready to do all the job via code as well ... but then I said to myself > WHAT are you doing you #%$%$ idiot? > thus >  get the White Side option, he he.

PS: See notes about the nodes inclusion in the ccx Events.

Spend a couple of minutes more on that one > added some visual "help" more  in order to guide you into the unknown: all these mcc things are mysterious/ominous ... and what these freaky indices mean? you tell me, he he,

Hi Peter! Thank you very much! Sorry for my late response, but it took me some time to understand your gh completely. Although those weren´t exactly the angles I needed to measure, the process was what I needed to do.

Thanks again for your time!!!!

You want to perform a ray shoot inside a region right? (circle [i.e. a sphere actually] is used for simplicity: just add Z to the shoot point and enjoy the "chaos" ... but don't expect many ccx Events).

If yes  - and in case that there's still issues pending - what are exactly the angles that you are after?

This lines are mapping paths, so the angles I wanted were the ones produced between the main lines and the secondary lines.

Thanks again peter!
