Studio Mode is pleased to announce the beta release of ModeTools, a specialized toolbar with custom components for Grasshopper. The first release consists of BakeMaterial and BakeColor components that allow properties of objects developed in Grasshopper to persist after baking. This release of ModeTools works with version 0.6.0043 and is a freely distributable package licensed under Creative Commons License. Hi Gil,
Great tools. If this does not become an overly involved discussion, can you roughly describe how does one "compile" their custom components into GH assemblies that get loaded directly into a new project? This avoids the copy and paste routine as the script component gets used in multiple projects. More importantly, this keeps all components the same between projects as new functionality or tweaks get added.
