Our team is wrapping up fabrication modeling for cladding panels of a double curved exoskeleton structure of a large hotel/casino in Asia.
The entire model was generated by Grasshopper using our in-house developed "Elefront" plugin.
We have modeled roughly 24.000 unique panels including sub-framing, brackets, fasteners, joint covers etc.
Fabrication documentation went straight from the…

Hi, I am trying to learn the basics of elefront and followed your 101 course on youtube but I cannot find a video beyond lesson 3 …..is the only way to learn more by paying to use thinkparametric.com or are there more free videos available…
Thanks

Hello Heijden,
I'm beggining to use EleFront at my office to improve our workflow without the need of BIM softwares and it is really promissing!
Now I'm working on GH plugins for structural wood design with Eurocode5 as my barchelor thesis and I got really interested in the way EleFront gets all the possible values when you conect a value list on the inputs. I would need to do the same thing but in a quite simpler way (the value lists must read some excel collums) to chose materials and conections types. Would you have any tutorial showing the way to do that?
Thank you in advance,
Márcio Sartorelli
I've the feeling Elefront is what I need to develop my project. I've started to look at 'Live demonstration of Elefront' which is about basics but still I don't understand it. You are speaking in the presentation about an email containing links to other basic elements, like trees. Can you post or send me that email? Also, there are other more basic presentations regardinr Elefront? My field of activity is not related with constructions so some elements are a little difficult to understand.
Thank you in advance,
Daniel
