Fabrication modeling for cladding panels of double curved exoskeleton structure

Our team is wrapping up fabrication modeling for cladding panels of a double curved exoskeleton structure of a large hotel/casino in Asia. 

The entire model was generated by Grasshopper using our in-house developed "Elefront" plugin.

We have modeled roughly 24.000 unique panels including sub-framing, brackets, fasteners, joint covers etc.

Fabrication documentation went straight from the model to the fabricator in China.

Among this are:

2D fabrication drawings

2D layout drawings

3D cut files

2D diagrams with parameter tables

3D assembly models with parts list

2D assembly drawings with parts list

Bill of quantities

and much more
