, and made the below definition to try it out. (lots of components to draw a line, but I'm just trying to understand the equation)
I had been searching for advice on some geometry topics worth exploring for a class, and now I'm in the class and the teacher wants me to start by learning about splines in general (not nurbs). I just spent the day learning linear spline interpolation, then quadratic, then cubic. I didn't try working them by hand yet, but I'm getting the concepts. It seems cubic is the lowest degree where you can get C2 continuity, which makes it smooth. I read over parameterization and how that simplifies the number of equations. I read about space curves, and then the differences between Hermite, Catmull-Rom, and Cardinal spline, but then got tired and had a cocktail.
So I guess I'm looking for any direction or advice on how to understand parametric curves in 3d space, and how they can be defined (splines or otherwise). Thanks!!!

orm of the model but when I try to add the piping to it, I get the message saying Windows has ran out of memory.
I am using Windows 7 and have tried going into the BCD as recommended here: http://wiki.mcneel.com/rhino/memoryincrease but I was not able to run this command.
I have then tried to increase my virtual memory within Windows, even up to 30GB with no luck.
I'm pretty sure I'm doing something really wrong here but I really need to get this modelled ASAP for a portfolio submission.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

James

nd container id.Do you have the OpenFOAM container running? You can initiate OpenFOAM container by running start_OF.bat:C:\Program Files (x86)\ESI\OpenFOAM\1612\\Windows\Scripts\start_OF.bat
I have read other Issue problems such as #1 , #2 , #3 or OpenFoam Installation instructions but till now I couldn't run the simulation .. I figured out there is sth wrong with my openfoam installation where there should be a container called of-plusv1612-centos66 that openfoam must read it but it can not find it .. I checked with docker quickstart terminal as showed in pictures .. It could read the image but can not find the of-plusv1612 container ..
Do you have any suggestions?
P.S. I have opened all the possible files with or without administrator permissions but wasn't solved ..
Thanks …
Introduzione a Grasshopper", il primo manuale su Grasshopper.
.
. Argomenti trattati:
- Introduzione alla progettazione parametrica: teoria, esempi, casi studio - Grasshopper: concetti base, logica algoritmica, interfaccia grafica - Nozioni fondamentali: componenti, connessioni, data flow
.
Verrà rilasciato un attestato finale.

VIT also. That would be a paradigm shift to us.
I have been reading all af the trouble shooting forum/comment/instruction and I am pretty sure im doing right thing. only thing I cannot figure out is the placement of the files below.
I have been using mantis shrimp and am facing difficulty for reading .geo file. GH export seems to be fine. Dynamo side is not recognizing the .geo file somehow. my guess is the .py files are not correctly read. where do I suppose to store .py files above?
Please kindly advise me.
Many thanks.

o change a light bulb?
A. None. They all fear change!
Every single time Windows has brought out a significant update everyone I have ever met has greeted it with disdain, yet I couldn't imagine using the interface to windows 95 again... and I certainly couldn't imagine going back to using Explicit History again.
Personally I try to embrace the changes, but I often find that for a few of them several weeks will go by before I hate it or love it... and then give feedback.
I think air your view on specifics and you will get a lot of discussion from both sides of the equation so don't be afraid to speak up about it.…
ining the group that created the PRC software, but since our KRC-1 is very old (WIN 95) there may be some compatibility issues, and the cost to join that group is a little steep for me right now, so i'd rather not pay for membership until I know their software will work for me.
Having said that, what's the best way to get started learning this process? Has anyone else out there been using the PRC and could give me some tips?
I'd like to be able to machine reliefs and full-3d sculptures with my Kuka. I've been doing the reliefs on a CNC router.
After looking at the PRC in Grasshopper, it's my understanding that generating toolpaths involves using the surfaces of objects. My biggest mental block is that I don't understand how to generate the toolpaths for multi-sided objects (like a full 3D, in-the-round sculpture). I've tried searching for how to create toolpaths in Grasshopper without the PRC, and it is possible, but it's still too big of a jump for a very inexperienced user like myself.
I'm looking to this forum for initial advice, as there's only one person I can email about the PRC for that advice unless I pay up. Thanks for any help!…
