Dear Mr. Pelzer, I highly doubt you won't be able to find EU citizen for the positio... if you couldn't find one. Meaning I am interested in your position, but I am not a EU citizen. Your job position fits into MINT professions(Technology/Engineering). It also requires specific skills (in this case coding). Both of these could enable you to get work permit, for non-EU citizens.
