New example files - fabric self-collision

Here's a demo to show the speed of the new sphere collision used to prevent self-intersection of fabric.

(You will need Kangaroo 0.096, and also Weaverbird, for the post simulation subdivision step)

      Nice work Daniel, just a heads up, the internalised restlength for the springs opened as null in my definition.
