Hoopsnake is a component that allows feedback loops within Grasshopper.

If I remember correctly there used to be toggle for recording history. I don't see it anymore. Apparently the loop goes slower and slower because of the increasing amount of data stored. It would.be nice to be able.to.control the recorder status (and size) again.

Hi Fred,
I know this may not fully help you, and you were addressing your question to Yannis after all.
But you may try using the 0.6.1 version (or even older, although there might be some possible incompatibility with the newest grasshopper). Version 0.6.1 does not have a History part, and it runs significantly faster. I remember it was fully compatible with 0.9.0014 version of grasshopper.
