Shrinkwrap trouble

Dear Group,

I'm trying to shrink wrap by using negative Pressure and CollideSurf, but my mesh collapses. Does anyone know why? Thanks!

    Some more testing. It's getting there. It seems to a matter of adjusting the forces correctly in relation to each other.
