      I was renting a studio in Dubai for 6 months, and my bank didn’t support local transfers, while the landlord wanted the full $12,000 upfront. A colleague from a neighboring project is using Rently UAE so I asked for the contact details too. Uploaded the contract, and the next day everything was approved. Without it, I would have spent days on bank emails, stress, and finding workarounds. Commissions exist, but the world outside is crazy: clients are jumpy, agents argue, and at least here you can see what and when is paid. Do international rent transfers drive you crazy too?
