Input tress structure = output tree structure?

Dear all,

according to Daniel's release notes, a future iteration of Knagaroo will match the input and output tree structures. Until then, I was wondering if anyone else has had to match data sets between the input and output of Kangaroo?

Has anyone had any luck? It may well be a simple matter of data matching/sorting/splitting that I may be overlooking.

Attached is a short example showing the problem. If anyone has any ideas, I'd be extremely grateful!

Many thanks from sunny Berlin,

Greg Quinn

I'd use merge to organise your inputs first, and then unflatten:

And if you wanted to ensure each of your goals are discrete from one another, you can use entwine instead of merge.
