Size limitation?

Is there some size limitation in Kangaroo? My definition didn't work, but when I scaled geometry up every thing went right. Or what's a problem?

    There is a tolerance value below which distance points are automatically combined.

    At the moment this value is fixed at 0.1, but in the next release I'll expose it as a setting.
