timer free version of the extended meshmachine component

Dear Daniel and all,

is there a timer free version available at the moment? Would be helpful for integration into automated processes. I remember it was in debate once...

      As Daniel points out, this is possible in the version of MeshMachine included with the current Kangaroo.

      Note that you will still need a (True,False) going to the Reset input in this example if you want it to be fully automated (the first True to initialize, and the second to run the 100 iterations). The output will then be 2 meshes, the second of which is the remeshed one.
