Angle between 2 rotating vectors

Hi guys,
I would like to calculate the angle between 2 moving vectors see the attached figure.

but if I use the angle node obviously it gives me always the smallest angle in the "angle output" and the biggest in the "reflex output"


how can I get the anglee seen in figure as output without switching manually between the reflex and the angle outputs?
