Discard surface if it is out of another surface

Hello, I am trying to make 3D buildings from a rectangle, and I have now the problem of the windows. The idea is to make holes through a solid difference in the next steps, but i don´t want holes in a corner.

Which are the logical steps to discard the surface which are partially out? (I can´t use a simply list item which cull pattern, because I don´t know how long are going to be the difference buildings...)
