Make shape from curves

Hello. Could you please help me with this one? I've created twisted cylinders in grasshopper and I'm in need now to create
union surface over theese cylinders. But I can't create shape out of 4 curves( 2 circles and 2 tangent arcs)
as a base for the loft operation.Help, please!
I want to create shape similar to the left one in the attached image.

Hi Andrey,
I can show you a way to create theses curves, but I'm not sure how this will fit into your definition...
you'll have to come up with a way to provide pairs of circles.
(P.S. there no geometry internalized in the GH file you attached)

I've created all that I need. But the next question - how can I create a user's component
from my diagram? How can I define input parameters?
