Generating Clean Meshes for export into Max- Genertate

I am exploring some design concepts for a residential project. I am using vector math and attractor points to generate variable openings in the facade. I would like to explore the articulation of this base geometry in max because I feel that polymodeling techniques will be faster to add thickness, and explore the articulation of the base geometry. Although I avoided using Boolean and triming operations and produced the wall surface by creating quad nurbs from points I am still having meshing problems.

The ultimate goal is to have a mesh which I can work with in max with no major cleanup. See the image below for an example of a clean mesh.

I thought that there are a couple of solutions to this problem:

1) Generate a mesh directly in Grasshopper. With the Quad mesh option. The mesh would have to be a quad and NOT triangulated.

The main problem with this solution is that I can not seem to input the points into the quad mesh component. See the image above.

2)Run a simplification algorithim either in Max or Grasshopper. I can clean the mesh up manually, but this takes a long time. There would have to be no extra vertices, and the mesh should be joined together so I end up with a clean mesh in max.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I found a link on ModeLab's website with a GHX file explaining mesh creation. I'm having a bit of trouble following it though, and the meshes here are triangular not quads.
