Merge together. What next?

Hi Guys,

I can't work out how to trim and merge two breps and an loft. I don't know how to trim it, can someone help me please? I want to merge them so I can smooth mesh it and then catmull-clarke it.

I can do it manually but I would love to be able to work out how grasshopper does it :-)
