algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Just to show off/share some work.

As part of a highrise project our student group developed a optimization system using galapagos.

The script uses multi criteria analysis which calculates the weight of each volume based on floor area. It then uses this weight data to position the volumes which are partly controlled by the architect and calculate the moment on the core (F*A).

It also calculates the GFA and attempts to reach the optimum  between these two.

The object of this system is to postion programm onto the very slender core in a way that would minimize the excentricity and thuss the moment on the core.
