illuminance component - Diva4forGH - error

Hello dears,

I am trying to run illuminance in Diva 4 for Grasshopper but it gets me this error:

1.Batch file written to directory: C:\Users\Mina\Documents...

Run failed.

The pipe has been ended.

rtrace failed.

does anyone know how to fix this?
