Grasshopper doesn't allow multiple instances of python

Hi guys

I'm having a strange issue with ghpython. As soon as I try to open more than one instance of the python component, I get a panel with a serial of some sort. My grasshopper document won't allow me to introduce anymore into the workspace.

The screenshot I took is the result of me trying to open 3 python components.

This issue is isolated to grasshopper on my laptop, no issues on my desktop...
