Trim Commands???

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to trim the red surface from the green.  I want only the green surface left with the grid and points.

They seem coplanar? If so extract both surfaces curves (connect each of them to a curve component) and then use the PlanarSrf component connecting both curves to it.

If they are not coplanar try projecting first the boundary of one on the other.
