Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I wanted to see if anybody could help me out, I want to know if it is possible to create a pattern like the one seen in the image onto my already made voronoi pattern. Scaling the offset inward of each polyline curve to make it larger as it gets closer to the curve.

Sorry for my bad explanation, I hope the pictures help out! :)

Thanks so much!

I am not sure I understand you.
You made a repeller, and now you want to make a Voronoi attractor?
If that's so, then beginning part of your definition will look like this:

The logic is the same with any form of attractor. You need to create a list of values derived from the distance between the voronoi cells (perhaps from a centre point) and the curve, then modify those values (remap) until they will offset the cell curves in the manner you want.

I tried doing what you said, and it seems to work for some of the offsets, but I think I did something wrong because most of the factor when remaped are set to 1.0 which has no effect whatsoever..

Can you help me? I dont know why i cant upload my file but I'll start a new discussion..
