Point on surface (random forms of tube)

Hello,

I would like to generate only one point on surface, on random place.

I need to make ~20 sections (with distance between), make curve and tube of them. (sections will be with several random tubes)

I would like to make sructure which will be holow inside of random forms of tubes.

I dont know if there is some better way of making this???

This is something that i manuely made, ideas pls

On sections could be all random? points.

And in some sections tubes will go throught same point and intersect in it?
