'Sup guys, who's awake? Ok I'm a new user to rhino and I've struggling with panelling a surface. You tube tutorials suggest working with surface control points but my doesn't have anything like that! h-e-l-p

Not exactly. Creating a particular 3d pattern on a surface. 

Was advised to download a plugin for, works like a charm! Thanks Michael

thats what box morphing does. or the plug in paneling tools.
