Updating Error

Hi,
I recently attempted to update Grasshopper after not accessing the program for multiple months.  I ran the installation script then attempted to start the plug-in and got the following error messages.  I tried reinstalling, then tried installing back-versions of Grasshopper, with the same result.  

Windows XP is my OS, and I have Rhino v4 with the SR8 patch.  I have .NET Framework v3.5 sp1.  

Any suggestions on what else I should update or do to get this working would be highly appreciated.
