algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

Im trying to work through this tutorial, but it seems that I have set up my list incorrectly. I have sub divided a lofted surface, and each subsurface has 1 uv division to extract the 4 corner points. the problem i am experiencing, is that the list has 2 item branches. I need 4 items in a branch to generate this geometry. I have tried flattening the list, and applying a cull pattern to try to isolate every 4 points. its not working very well. is there a way to restructure lists so that each branch has 4 points? I noticed that increasing the UV divisions of the subsurface gets me to 4 points per branch, but not in a way that is helpful to me. any advice or a tutorial to steer me in the right direction. I've had reasonable succcess with basic geometric processes in GH; now i'd like to learn about data management. thanks- Court

Hi Red Hxh,

this is just a render mesh quality problem.

To solve this go in the Rhino menu bar to Mesh --> Render Mesh Properties...

Then the Document Properties window opens with the Mesh tab selected.

And on the right side you just need to select Custom instead of Jagged & faster.

Then click on OK and it should be visualized correctly.

Best,

Martin.

Thank you Martin! problem fixed.
