Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi at all,

I saw that we were several poeple around Berlin. I like to experiment much more with grasshopper and to get feedback, speeking about projects and problems, etc...

How about a regular meeting in a bar or something, once a month ... I guess it speeds up our learning an working skills a lot, the forums helps so much, but to see working habits and Ideas of others can expand you're mind so much.....

I just want collect some thoughts of that, and if there are some of you interested we can check for a convinient Date and Place to meet...

cheers Patrick

I might be able to get a room @ the TU Berlin for the whole thing, but will have to work something out... preferably during the mid-term break.. depends on how many people would join. do you wanna set up another sort of wiki/board/post to organize something, or what's the idea?

It'd be cool to have it sort of "symposium style", perhaps with individual folks walking through definitions they've worked on and explain their points of interest - those could focus on the "how" of the solution as well as they aesthetic "why". to just ignore the interrelationship real quick ;D and ideally, the files would be available on sort of a wiki..? as added value to the community.
Berliner GH'Er lets have a location(in berlin) list to find a suitable place to link

cheers
You guys might want to make a page about this on the Rhino Wiki.
Just to make sure it's easy to find the information.

Hey, you study/work at the TU-Berlin?

I work there as a research assistant and will teach GH next semester (for beginners). Though you guys already know grasshopper well, I find the idea of a symposium-like workgroup and knowledge/ experience exchange very interesting. Maybe we could meet and discuss your idea to find a room at the TU.. :)

How about that?

Best,
Ben
