Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello, we are grasshopper newcomer!

we have a problem:

up to now we have hung levels at a partitioned line.

the positions of the levels we can already fix.

now there should be spheres between the levels generated which influence the swelling of the levels. the spheres should also have two different sizes.

if somebody can help us out with an example of a grasshopper connection?

hi guys, please upload your files so we can see what you are talking about :)
now here are the files!

regarding the mock-up it looks like concavo-convex surface stack one on another.

Yes, it`s exactly what we are looking for!

Could anybody upload a grasshopper connection for this picture? But we need more of these levels one upon the other.

Something similar, adapted from an example by David Rutten. (Though I don't think it looks much like the photo you uploaded, it's more important that you think it does.) Hope this helps.

or just the same but without the trigonometry involved in the script.

or like this!? You can add multiple Attractors to the system...

thanks, guys!!

your replies and attachments are very helpful!

@ DeDackel: We want to advance your attachments. Our problem is the attractor (point) influences all levels.

The point between two levels should only influences these two levels (upper and lower level ones), because we want to have more than one point between the levels.

The pdf will help you to understand us.

(Are you from germany?-DeDackel looks like german)

Yes DeDackel is german and so I am...  :-)

ok...you get the different levels seperated with BANG!

, Is there anyway to extend your Ghx to having multiple attractor points? I have tried introducing Graft Tree but no success yet? any ideas?

thanks,

I guess so... I will give it a try...and post something later on.
