Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Grasshopper, and reasonably new to Rhino, but enjoying both programs so far. After downloading a Paneling definition, i've goten it to work with some geometry created with Rhino in Tsplines.

However, with the panels being quite large, the fluid geometry i'm paneling tends to become very blocky.

Is there a way i can project the panels onto the surface, so that they follow the exterior of my object, instead of being flat?

I'll attach my grasshopper and rhino files here if anyone needs them, but also post a few screenshots.

Hope i've made myself clear, but if not, just let me know, and i'll word things differently.

Have you tried surface morph?

This is my attempt at the surface morph.

I'm really happy with how it works, yet it only does some of the panels. When i increase the divisions of V and U, it ends up doing only 1 panel per U division.

I'm sure theres a simple fix to my lack of panels now, but thankyou for the help so far.

Any suggestions?
