Kind suggestion: Error reporting section in forum

Dear David,

I wonder if it would be a good idea to have a section designated for problem reporting.

I guess its not a good idea to increase you and your teams workload, but would definitely identify problems more clearly and hopefully improve GH faster.

What do others think? Personally I often ran into small problems/bugs and seems some other users have problems such as problematic curve offset, intersections or bugs found etc. I think it would be helpful if we could upload reference files to clearly identify the problems.
