algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Better "unroll" component ?

Up to now, I've been using the "Unroll" component from Fabtools, but it often gives faulty results like single polysurface flattened in separate pieces despite having "Explode" set to "False", etc...

When using Rhino's "UnrollSrf" command, I don't experience these issues.

Does anybody know of a plug-in component doing a better job at replicating what the Rhino command does ?

I believe most of the unroll components simply wrap the RhinoCommon class (excluding plugins/scrips like Ivy). You can implement this class directly from a scripting component with the parameters/settings you prefer. There are quite a few examples of this on the forum if I recall correctly (here's one).
