Q: How to maintain the Geometry and adjust its Volume (by scaling?)

I have a question about how is it possible to scale (equally in all directions) the geometry of an element in such a way that it has the desired volume?

In the example here below I show two elements, element A with volume Am3 and element B with volume Bm3. What I want is to transform element A in such a way that it has the same volume as element V but to maintain its morphology.

Hi Alexis,

With Galapagos. There is some result tolerance 0.0001, but it should work.

In Galapagos, wright 1 where maximize is.

Hi Igor,

Thank you for your energy, I don't have any knowledge on Galapagos but I will install it and test it. I will let you know if I succeed.

Hi Alexis, how about this:

Hi Pieter,

I just finished a test based on your feedback, it works perfect!

The reason for making this is to be able to test the acoustic qualities of a space with the same volume but with different morphogies.

Thank you guys a lot, such community is very positive and motivating.

so clever!
