Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey guys, I'm trying to do a rather simple operation of mapping some points and reconnecting them with lines.. does anyone know how I can extract a connectivity map from a mesh so that I move the points and then reconnect them (they will stay in the same order).

You have points AND connections (i.e. a "graph") and you want to extract classic connectivity data (vertices to vertices, vertices to edges, edges to vertices etc etc) OR a mesh?

In any case ... this is easily doable either via code (available for both cases - obviously) or via things the likes of SandBox (it doesn't work OK for non manifold meshes).

Wonder if silence means yes, no or more probably: @%$%@ ^!%!^% (censored due to political correctness).

Using "graphs" and SandBox.

PS: I do hope that GH internalized the test data.
