These are two different issues. The first one is because you have to adjacent surfaces where you have different glazing surfaces on them. In EnergyPlus adjacent surfaces should exactly be the same. solveAdj component gives you a warning about that.

I updated Honeybee_Honeybee to give a more meaningful error message. I cannot recreate what you have posted down here. Can you try again and let me know if it's happening anymore?

I don't suggest to have the update components in your script except you really need to use the production version. Otherwise just use the stable version for your studies.
