I'm not a naval architect, but I do like to model boats, and I'd like to do more projects. I recently worked on the Nomad buoy while at titan: http://www.axystechnologies.com/BusinessUnit/AXYSMarineEnvironmentalMonitoring/MetOceanWeatherObservingPlatforms/NOMADBuoy/tabid/114/Default.aspx

I modeled, developed and nested parts to be cut with waterjet. This project worked out really good, all parts went together nicely. I actually used grasshopper to help me create the hull plates. Awesome tool, thanks David!!
