"actually, these patterns will be closed from their start and end points. i would like to apply the voronoi logic in a different cell form which is shown in pdf file. thanks for your attention"

" Do you mean something like this? http://geometrygym.blogspot.com/2010/03/cell-filleting-curve-network.html if you want to try a plugin. Filleting around the short edges can sometimes be tricky when you do it manually."
