FFmesh must be quads mesh?

When I tried the FFmesn component,the results were always mistake,beacause the mesh contained some triangular faces.If the mesh contained all  quad faces,the results were right.So I want to know if the ffmesh component must be quads mesh? ThanksSee More

beam optimisation

I made a frame model 1.jpg in the attachment,and made the beam optimisation ,as you can see in the attachment 3.jpg.I can't understand the result at all .Some of beams getthin almost the radius is 0.Dose it mean we don't need this beam or just thin to connet without suffer from stress.ThanksSee More
