I suspect Edge Surface component generates surfaces with casual UV orientation.I attached an example in which you can see that given 4 lists of curves (1 for each edge), this component returns surfaces with casual UV orientation. This is shown easily by dividing the surfaces in points and creating curves that show the U direction of the surface.In the second example you can see that by using just 2 crv lists in order to lofting them, we obtain surfaces with the right U disposition.See More
