Is this a question about the error? If so then it has to be converted to a string for the replace function to work. Use the output of the text panel.

its working but inversely, you have to negate the values somehow to make it go in the right direction, try playing wit the domain and making negative values with both inputs and see if that works, otherwise post your .3dm file and definition and ill…

You have the inputs backwards for the domain, lets say you want to randomly extrude from 12-20 values you would set the A input of the domain to 12 and the B to 20. Then you'll have however many random extrusions ranging from 12 to 20. Hope…
