Panel size anomaly

Hi all,

I am using LunchBox to create panels. on simple 4 sided surfaces based off of an extrude.  Sometimes I need the panels to orient 90 degrees from the original orientation, so I deBrep and use the resulting edges to create another surface to apply the panel to.  The resulting panel increases in size by a small percentage, which I cannot seem to figure out.  Can you take a look at the attached to see if you can find out what is happening?  Alternatively, is there an easier way to reorient the direction of LunchBox panels?  Thanks.
