Hi Hesham,

This error appeared with other users as well, and seems to be caused by a Grasshopper plugin other than Gismo.
Giulio posted a solution to the problem here.

Can you try to do the same thing please? In your Grasshopper, choose the File -> Special Folders -> Components Folder. Then the "Libraries" folder will open. Remove all files in that folder (just move them somewhere else, do not delete them) except for the "ghpython.gha" file.

Then close Grasshopper and Rhino. Run Rhino and Grasshopper, and try loading your Gismo .gh file again.

Does the error you previously reported appear again?

Thank you so much

I did what you have told me and I found that this component vipers_v1.0.0.gha was the problem.

I don't know hy but at the moment I delete it.

Hi Hesham,

The upper mentioned solution also mentions that the same Vipers component was the issue.
Thank you once again for reporting this! It will be a very valuable topic for other users who might experience a similar issue.
If you have any other issues, questions, or recommendations, please do not hesitate to open a new topic.

Best regards!

The problem there is that some components do not have characters/names that can be mapped to ASCII names, so there's no way to add them in any way to the 'components' module. However, Rhino WIP will simply disregard them. Rhino 5 was stopped loading all functions after the error.
