How do i make Property-Sets's logic in geogymBIM?

It is important to use attribute information in BIM.

Especially, Property-set information is very useful in BIM.

I checked IFC component about property-set in GeogymBIM.

But I don't know how do i make propert-set logic?

Would you give me an advise?
