WISH: Show referenced geometry - Internalise all

I am about to send a file to a collaborator and would like to double check that everything is internalised so it would be great if I could show all the referenced geometry and/or internalise them all at once.

I agree that this would be a good feature. Like a "Pack & Go" feature.

This may sound patronising, but one way you can check though, is to open the GH file first with no 3DM. That way any PARAM that is orange needs internalising.
