Plane, perpendecular to camera

Hey.

I am doing visualisation and cand solve a problem with

defining a plane, perpendecular to camera ( I am using Horster)

and with stable Y axis. Please, share any ideas/

For now somehow either plane is not perpendecular at the end or axis is not stable. rotating all the time during the animation
