With the component (cluster) selected chose "Create User Object" from the File Menu. You will be prompted to Name it etc but also to specify where it goes in the Tabs>Panels. You will also be asked to select an Icon this can be your own if you browse to it.

 

Note: If you get something wrong like a typo or location on the tabs then rather than do it all again you can drop the component onto the canvas from the Tabs and with that one selected you can do the create user object again but this time with your previous effort already in place.
